I apologize to Ira at Syosset Glass for taking so long to express my appreciation for the way I was treated by His Company. It took many hours to locate a Company that would even attempt to make a windshield that was "No longer Available 1984 Chry Lebaron Convert* .The Company that I picked to install it in Toms River NJ left me with a windshield that cracked on the way Home & stalled me for 3 months. & ultimately left me High and dry (Very Expensive Windshield} I finally contacted Ira Direct and to my surprise & without hesitation He sent me another Windshield , I Had it Installed PROPERLY at Safelite Glass on Rt 37 in Toms River. (Thank You Bill & Ken) I should have went to them in the first place .

Great Service & Quality - used them for years!

I called Syosset glass after the window of my car was shattered. I contacted them as they are a local company that accepted my insurance. I was concerned that I had no prior experience with this business, but am so glad I chose them! Not only did they replace my window as promised, they offered me a ride home and back to pick up my car. I am so appreciative of their work. Even though it was a small job for them, they were efficient and professional. I will definitely contact them if I need glass work for my home or car in the future.

Went there for a windshield on an old classic car and they were pure pro. Yes. It did take a while to get it installed but they did a PERFECT job. They are also really nice to work with. If you want it done right....this is the place 100%.

Needed 1 pane replaced in our Curio Cabinet...Called and Jimmy came by and checked it out and gave me a quote of $165....Seems like alot but he came back and measured, cut safety glass and did the install at our leisure...a good thing. Work was done quickly, neatly and courteously....will def use again if need arises.

I needed two panes of an Anderson bay window replaced. The estimate was reasonable enough (I try to balance price with level of service) and the staff was very friendly. When I confirmed my order, I was told it would take a few weeks to get the glass from Anderson. Two weeks went by when my estimator, Jim, called to schedule the repair. Jim showed up, himself, at the appointed time with a smile and a friendly attitude. He was pleasant and engaging and clearly knew what he was doing. An hour later he was packing up and I had beautiful new glass. This was top level service and renews my belief that it pays to go local. I would recommend Syosset Glass (especially Jim) to any one!!!

I've used them before and was very happy with them I am waiting for a price on replacing three window panes and I'm sure I'll be using them when I get their quote.

They were very punctual about appointments and acted in a very professional manor. They worked quickly on every apointment and were very neat. There was no clean up after they left.

They replaced a pane in one of my 15 year old double-hung replacement windows. Prompt and pleasant. Glass pane was measured and ordered. Replacement work was done at my home. Excellent.

Syosset Glass called quickly after my inquiring about having a basement window repaired through Servicemagic. They set up an appointment and arrived on schedule. Work was done professionally by a pleasant friendly worker. They were even able to re-secure the wiring for our alarm system to the new glass pane. If the need arises again, I will certainly use them again. Hopefully the kids have learned not to play ball in the house! I would recommend them without hesitation.
